Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Data & Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Workday and HR technology. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, supporting HR systems, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate data management, optimize system functionality, and support key HR processes across modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and validate HR data across Workday and related systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Develop, test, and deliver custom and standard Workday reports and dashboards for HR and business stakeholders.
  3. Support HR system processes including Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
  4. Assist with system configuration changes, testing, and deployment for enhancements and new features.
  5. Troubleshoot data and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
  7. Participate in Workday release testing and adoption of new functionality.
  8. Provide data analysis and insights to support workforce planning, compensation reviews, and talent initiatives.

Total Experience Expected: 08-12 years

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR systems and data analysis, with hands-on Workday experience.
  2. Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and at least two additional modules (Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking).
  3. Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Dashboards).
  4. Solid understanding of HR processes and data governance principles.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Workday certification in HCM or related modules.
  2. Experience with global HRIS environments and complex organizational structures.
  3. Familiarity with Workday security and integration concepts.
  4. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
