Job Description
As Personnel and Payroll Administration Advisor (PSA Advisor), you are the link between our employees and the payroll department. You are on standby to answer all questions from your colleagues about personnel and salary processing, benefits, pension and timekeeping.
In this role you check and process mutations and make sure everything is ready for payroll processing.
In addition, you will communicate changes in employee benefit plans to managers and employees. You will also keep our knowledge base and documentation on personnel and payroll administration up to date and process personnel changes.
In addition to your daily tasks, you will have the opportunity to participate in challenging HR projects. This will give you the opportunity to be innovative and drive your professional growth while continuing to specialize in personnel and payroll administration.

Qualifications
Personnel and Payroll Administration (PSA) is very important. We take care of payroll and help with questions about personnel and payroll issues. What makes our PSA team fun is that we are a diverse group and have a great time together. We work hard, but also have fun.
- You obtained a completed mbo certificate, preferably completed with Praktijkdiploma loonadministratie (PDL)
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (social insurance, wage tax, pension and labour law)
- Excel holds no secrets for you
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
- Hybrid Location: Nieuwegein, Netherlands
- Contract hours: Full-time
- Contract type: Permanent contract
- Education: Vocational degree
