inimum Qualification:

  Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.

Hands on experience in delivering solutions based on Java and open-source technologies as an engineer in global organizations.

·      Hands on experience with java 8 or higher, angular, spring, Spring batch, MongoDB or PostgreSQL with understanding on microservices architecture and Cloud computing.

Preferred Qualification

Excellent data structures & algorithms skills with exposure to digital transformation and digital technologies

·      Strong communicator with ability to collaborate, build relationships, and support in achieving broader organizational goals.

·      Good exposure on working with large enterprise grade components

·      Good experience and understanding of working in an agile environment

·      Good understanding of DevOps processes (CI/CD pipeline)

·      Self-starter, who can take initiatives and get things done with minimal guidance.

·      Prior experience in Banking or financing domain is a plus but not necessary.

What You will Do:·     

 Use your deep technical understanding for contribution to the architectural design for the product.

·      Contributing to defining product roadmap and supporting end to end delivery of the product releases & communication with different stakeholders

·      Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility

·      Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous improvement of technology and processes

·      Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product

·      Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions

·      Act as a mentor to team and reinforce organizational values and culture

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years
