Job Description

Conduct Voice & Accent Training:

  • Develop and deliver Voice & Accent training programs to enhance the communication skills of the team.
  • Evaluate and analyze call quality to identify areas for improvement.

Soft Skills Training:

  • Design and implement soft skills training sessions focusing on various aspects, such as interpersonal skills, teamwork, and customer service.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Assess Call Quality:

  • Regularly assess call quality through effective monitoring and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve communication and customer interaction.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Customize training modules based on the specific needs of different teams.

Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both in written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to address communication gaps and implement improvement strategies.

Training Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation.
  • Provide regular reports on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.

 

Total Experience Expected: 01-04 years

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer in a BPO or similar environment.
  • Strong expertise in Voice & Accent training, call quality assessment, and soft skills development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
