Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in developing solutions in the field of Data Analytics as an Sr. Developer in global organizations from concept to production that are based on Cloud Technologies & cater to Distributed Systems and Microservices architecture principles
• Mature and Motivated individual having good hands-on experience with Data and Analytics technologies with strong technical skills due to the complexity of the current architecture and usage of the platform
• 8+ years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations and managing non-functional perspectives of complex technical platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise and hands-on involvement in Developing cloud solutions for Data Analytics
• Design & Build data pipelines with Spark with strong hands-on experience in distributed systems using technologies like Hadoop/MapReduce, Spark, Scala, SQL, Hive, Kafka.
• Ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
• Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Past experience with DataLake and DataLake House Architecture
• Working experience with Public Cloud preferably AWS and Cloud Architecture principles: IaaC deployment, Serverless approach, auto-scaling
• Hands-on with Data processing technologies like Spark, NoSQL DataBase e.g. MongoDB and Data modelling experience in Relational, NoSQL databases
• Experience with CICD pipelines, DevOps / Container architecture: Docker, Kubernetes (must), Helm, service mesh
• Good understanding of security principles around Data governance
• Data lineage: Monitoring / Alerting / Logging
• Previous Experience with programming language like Java, Python, Spring framework etc.

What you will do

• Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility.
• Develop products as per the technology roadmap of our organization. Understand product capabilities and strategize technology for its alignment with business objectives.
• Engage end to end in product development, starting from business requirements to realization of product and to its deployment in production.
• Research, design, and implement the complex features being added to existing products and/or create new applications / components from scratch.
• Identify risks or opportunities associated with current or new technology use. Plan and execute PoC’s as necessary.
• Continuously improve internal software architecture processes and technology.
• Provide technical guidance to product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions.
• Able to technically guide a core team of highly skilled individuals
• Should have excellent communication skills.
