• Manage Windows servers, including configuration and performance monitoring.
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and security policies.
• Keep systems up-to-date with patches and updates.
• Maintain network services, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connections.
• Implement backup and recovery strategies.
• Ensure system security, and antivirus, and respond to incidents.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Plan for capacity upgrades and document configurations.
• Install, configure, tune, maintain, and monitor Windows 2012/2016/2019 Enterprise servers, troubleshoot Wintel systems using remote technologies, provide Windows server administration in an Active Directory environment, coordinate hardware and software installations and upgrades, and provide exceptional pass services support. 
• Develop and execute cloud optimization frameworks to reduce costs while maintaining performance and quality. 
• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. 
• Diagnose and resolve complex Windows server-related issues, both proactively and reactively. 
• Manage and maintain Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPOs, and DNS. 
• Continuously evaluate and optimize Windows-based infrastructure to enhance efficiency and performance. 
• Implement and manage Windows OS patches and updates across the enterprise. 
• Experience with Windows patch management and security best practices. 
• Analyze system performance metrics and apply tuning techniques to optimize server performance. 
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure solutions and Windows Server environments. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues. 
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2012/2016/2019). 
• Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions, as well as disaster recovery planning. 
• Solid understanding of server hardware and virtualization technologies. 
• Design and implement Microsoft Azure solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients. 
• Install, configure, administrate, manage, and support a wide range of Azure services to maintain optimal performance and functionality. 
• Manage cloud infrastructure in a production environment, guaranteeing high availability and reliability. 
• Utilize Azure Migration services and Site Recovery to move on-premises applications and workloads to the Azure cloud. 
• Demonstrate expertise in core Microsoft technologies and services, including Azure Cloud Services, ARM templates, Azure Policies, Security groups and Firewalls, Azure VPN, Express Route, monitoring cloud-based solution costs, Single Sign-On (SSO), Webapps, Virtual Machine Scale Sets, Azure monitoring tools, Azure AD, Azure backup and restore Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Governance. 
• Configure and manage Azure Storage, including Azure Storage Monitor, and implement measures to secure data against unauthorized access, back up data efficiently, and configure long-term archival storage. 
• PowerShell scripting skills for automation and task simplification.
