Specific responsibilities

- Analyse RFP, RFI, RFX requirements, instructions and evaluation criteria.

- Participate in technical discussions of the proposed solution

- Participate in proposal creation with an objective to maximize Off-shore.

- Ensure that proposal content aligns with client’s requirements and Organization business offerings.

- Review and, if required, challenge the proposed technical architecture and solution

- Effort estimation as part of fixed price offering

- Team sizing for tasks assigned to India 

- Identify the skills required to deliver the solution and availability of skills within Sopra Steria India (and in India)

- Coordinate with Germany X-shore SPOCs.

- Coordinate with different functions / departments of Sopra Steria India to collect relevant inputs for the proposals.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- Basic knowledge of:

- Industry best practice in the business/solutions architecture space.

- Project and Service Management methodologies, techniques.

- Sopra Steria services, solutions, clients and collateral.

- Excellent business writing skills with the ability to create polished content requiring minimal edits.

- Overview of current technology trends (not necessarily in-depth knowledge) e.g. Open source, Microsoft stack, Oracle stack.

- Expertise in MS Powerpoint to create proposals / client presentations

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members regarding specific needs. 

- Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Teams.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of German banking and industries domain

- Knowledge of German language

- Attention to details.

- Knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project.

- Hands-on person requiring minimum supervision. 

- Ability to work with ambiguity and less facts. 

- Should have excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
