Technical Skills: Must have Skills: SAP Ariba

• Experience with SAP Ariba and indirect procurement, catalog management
• Candidate must be able to work independently and support Client business on application bug fixes and configuration changes
• Candidate must possess an understanding of the end-to-end procurement processes and hands-on experience with SAP modules like MM is desirable
• Understanding of integrated processes like Invoicing, Order reservations, and Stock movement is good to have
• Deliver application maintenance support for the Client Business performing Bug fixes / minor configuration changes
• Candidate will also be required to perform where necessary detailed Root cause analysis and Problem management to solve recurring issues
• Should be able to handle the tasks independently
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have good analytical skills presentation skills

• Ability to own assignments and deliver them independently
• Should have excellent communication and customer interaction skills
• Initiative and pro-active approach & good in planning and organization
• Sincere customer focus & with good Interpersonal skills and issue resolution
