Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the teamplayer and guide junior developers by providing technical guidance and best practices.

2. Designing, developing, testing, documenting, publishing, supporting and operating the IT product

3. Deploying highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored solutions

4. Implementing test automation covering multiple test aspects, like unit testing, functional testing,security testing, load and performance testing depending on business need

5. Ensuring software code knowledge and well shared inside the team and with other technical leaders of similar products

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Nutshell JD:

1. Work Experience in JS (Javascript) Framework like React, Redux, Node.js,ES6
2. Work Experience in modern libraries and frameworks like TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS
3. Knowledge on Cloud Platform like AWS or Azure will be an added advantage
4. Work Experience in using Devops tools

Detailed JD:

Must have skills:

● Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information

Technology, or relevant field with 5+ years of experience in IT.

● Strong coding abilities in rich web application development with React, Redux, Node.js,ES6,TypeScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS and other modern libraries and frameworks.

● Knowledge in code versioning systems

● Experience in Unit testing, Functional Testing and Browser compatibility testing.

● Knowledge with Cloud platforms(AWS, Azure) is a plus: building and deploying cloud

solutions

● Experience of working in Devops tools.

● Knowledge of Webpack, NPM, Gulp, Grunt task runners to manage projects.

● Experience in Debugging and troubleshooting the existing code using Firefox and Chrome

Developer Tools

● Knowledge in working with Webpack, NPM, Gulp, Grunt task runners to manage projects.

● Continuous attention to detail and improve code/standards regularly in a proactive manner

● Ensuring software code knowledge and well shared inside the team and with other technical leader

● Quick learner who can learn a new technology/skill/application and convey the same to development teams(mainly be the first point of contact for all dev queries)

Good to have skills:

● Experience in test automation

● Working experience in Agile/Scrum, SAFe and/or Kanban projects

● Already experienced working in remote with colleagues based in EU is a plus

● Excellent and adaptive communication capabilities with diverse audiences,

● Showing capabilities for improving agility, Entrepreneurship, innovative spirit,

● Act as a team player: adaptive, collaborative mindset and ways of working with others

● Ability to lead a development team to ensure good software architecture, code quality and team development performance
