Vmware:

Strong Familiar with VMware ESX infrastructure. Design, implement and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure 6.x & 7.x

Experience in VSAN Administration

Deploy and manage vCenter, Lifecycle Manager

Configure, and implement VMware products VRA, VROPS, SRM etc. and related technologies.

Implement the Compute to host connectivity, Compute performance parameters, Compute replication solution from existing DC to target DC.

Implement the Compute consolidation related activities, backup and recovery solution, migration solution leveraging the Compute technologies.

Implement the operation related solutions like monitoring, data reclamation, Compute allocation and the DR requirements.

Implement the migration solutions along with the Network and compute architects, Compute network connectivity along with network team.

Responsible to implement High Availability, Workload Management and Fail Over, Disaster recovery.

Proven debugging and analytical skills with solid grasp of system development methodologies, techniques and tool

Expert in working with high availability environment along with alignment to ITIL Framework Expert in quantitative and qualitative reasoning, with demonstrated ability to determine root cause to performance shortfalls and implement corrective actions.

Support existing virtual infrastructure.

Good understanding of Unix fundamentals, storage, networking and load balancing

Proficient in scripting ESX Server deployments for remote installation and security in a VMware Virtualized Environment

Strong technical/analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written across all user levels

Ability to create Standard Operating procedure documents.

Develop, build, and support VMware NSX networks.

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
