Test Engineer / Senior Test Automation Engineer (Java-Selenium):

Job Description

·        Excellent Object-Oriented coding practices including strong design patterns knowledge, Refactoring, Clean Code, merging etc.

·        Strong knowledge of Scripting Languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Groovy etc.

·        Follow and recommend design principles, best practices for QA automation .

·        Able to develop and maintain test automation framework as per project requirement.

·        Understand automation test plans, product architecture and domain in details.

·        Solution providing approach for technical queries and help/mentor test automation team.

·        Should be able to develops components that are extensible to test tools.

·        Hands on experience in PoC solutions for client and can demonstrate.

·        Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with multiple tasks.

Technical experience

·        Have 4-6 years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber, API Testing

·        Have 2+ years working experience in SOAP UI Automation and micro services automation using Rest Assured.

·        Experience with any CI/CD Tools like Jenkins/ Bamboo / Hudson. Snowflake / AWS .Data pipeline - desirable

·        Experience with source code controls like SVN, GIT, CVS.

·        Have working experience in iterative and Agile methodologies.

·        Quick learner with strong analytical, problem solving and debugging skills.

·        Have strong ability to understand business process flow.

·        Able to analyze, understand and describe issues and coordinate with dev team.

·        Exposure to Test and Defect Management Tools like JIRA, Testrail, Zephyr etc.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

PS.: 

Some experience in manual testing is needed as the resource might be required to do some manual testing on need basis. Not very frequent though.
