• Integration of Java applications using TIBCO RV

• Rich Experience of Software Engineering Process
• Rich Experience in Design
• Experience with CMMI process
• Various Reviews and Best practices, adherence to Quality Guidelines
• Awareness of Efforts Estimation, iterative scheduling
• Team handling and mentoring

Desirable

• Java
• UML
• Chip manufacturing domain experience
• Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
• Experience in Application which is in Management & Maintenance [Defects, Change Requests].
