Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

·      Good Level knowledge of SCCM & Intune Toolset for Deployment and Administration

·      Should have good level of knowledge on Application Management, OS Deployment and Patch Management modules.

·      Intermediate Working knowledge of Windows server OS (Win 2016 & 19) & troubleshooting issues.

·      Package Requirement Validation and Design.

·      Perform repackaging / modification due to enhancements.

·      Deploying the applications through SCCM and testing of the same on different platforms.

·      Intermediate Level Knowledge of Scripting Languages like VBScript and PowerShell

·      Working Level Knowledge of Windows registry

·      Knowledge of GPOs, OS hardening, TCP/IP

·      Understanding of remote desktop and virtual machines (Azure / Nutanix)

·      Update and Maintain all administrative documentation as requested.

·      Document the issues and provide the knowledge sharing sessions to other Team members.

·      Provide L2 level support for SCCM related activities.

·      Take ownership and action SCCM toolset support incident and problems.

·      Updating of Knowledge bases for issues and workarounds.

·      Interacting with client and customers on weekly basis and when required.

Preferred

·      Good Level knowledge of SCCM & Intune Toolset for Deployment and Administration

·      Working knowledge of customization of Packages

·      Basic Knowledge of French would be preferable.

·      Good working knowledge of driver installation and hardware support within Windows Operating System
