Minimum Qualifications

·     Bachelor's or higher engineering

degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent

additional professional experience

·     5 years of experience in SDLC of

solutions that are based on C & COBOL Technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

·     Strong proficiency in C / C++

programming language (5+ years), including experience with COBOL &

Mainframes

·     Strong understanding of OOPS

concepts and design patterns.

·     Expertise in designing and

developing complex software systems, including experience with distributed

systems and architecture

·     Knowledge of software design

patterns and best practices

·     Experience with database design

and development, including knowledge of SQL, DB2 and Oracle databases

·     Experience with software

development tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Docker

·     Hands-on experience with building

CICD pipelines using Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.

Profile:

·-   Agile mindset

-   Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

-   Analytical and organizational skills

-   Interest in technical frameworks

-   Good Communication skills

-   Interest in Scrum master role or

certification preferred     

What you will do

·     Collaborate with cross-functional

teams, including product managers, functional squads and technical squads

·     Develop high-quality software

using Java technologies, ensuring that code is well-designed including security

and performance aspects

·     Define and implement development

processes and workflows that ensure that software is developed and delivered on

time and to a high standard.
