Job Description
* Good understanding of Request, Inventory and Configuration Management
* Experience working in IT Service Desk environment for Service Desk areas.
* Working knowledge of Service Management tools (ServiceNow, SMAX, etc.).
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in customer handling via calls and emails.
* Working knowledge of handling Requests and tasks using SOPs but not limited to it.
Desirable Skills
* Working knowledge of Incident, Problem & Change Management.
* Understanding of ITIL processes.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
