2. POA is CornerStone to ICM integration so need BigData knowledge
3. ETL tool such as Informatica
4. BigData Hive and Spark
5. IBM ICM(Incentive Compensation Management) tool experience is a plus 6. Experienced architect who can drive strategy

Basic Qualifications :-
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
