Job Description
SAP Technical Consultant II, 3-5 years experience
Functional Lead of the following SAP Service Management Module:
- Service Management(CS), including Service Notifications, Service Orders, account assignment, credit/debit memo processing.
- Strong knowledge of Sales functions including SAP SD;
- Working knowledge of FI/CO, MM, PP, and their integration with CS/SM processes.
- Experience of Service notification process Integration with DMS, Sales orders/Production Order/Inspections and Confirmations.
- Experience in Equipment Master, Warranty master and serialization of Material Master data.
- Good understanding of user exits and other technical capabilities around SM process.
- Well versed with SAP configuration of Service Management and understanding of standard best practices Experience in requirements gathering, Business blueprint workshops and scope definition together with various business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
