• At least 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
• At least 4 years of experience in implementation and support in NetSuite
• Experience in NetSuite ERP finance, Procurement, Order to Cash, FAM, Project & Payroll
• Experience in at least 2 NetSuite Implementation and Support projects •Strong functional knowledge of Financials, SCM, CRM and Project modules.
• Working knowledge of Asset Management, Sales and Distribution modules 
• Assist with key aspects of NetSuite implementations, upgrades and business as usual activities and improvements.
• Experience in translating a client’s business requirements into workable business solutions •Develop configuration & customization specifications
• Ability to think strategically, but also pitch in to get the job done when required. •Ability to document and produce professional documents that effectively communicate ideas.
• Solid experience in Change Management and Business Process Mapping
• Experience in Developer tools will be an added advantage: Suite Builder, Suite Flow, Suite Analytics, Suite Script, Suite Talk, Suite Bundler
• NetSuite certification will be a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
• Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and come up to-be business maps
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills.
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
  

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
