• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least At least 4 years experience designing, delivering and monitoring distributed platforms with WebLogic/Tomcat/Jetty application servers.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Ability to analyze technical trade-offs and drive decisions / solutions forward
• Experienced with scripting skills (Python, Perl, Shell)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, CRM, and PeopleSoft CRM is a Plus
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT
