• Functional Analyst II, 3-5 years experience
• Reason for Request: Bi-lingual (Japanese/English) is required.
• Experience of project documentation & basic IT knowledge and experience.

• Validity of documents: Check whether documents are clearly describing a reason to carry out a project with evidence, such as cost-reduction, problem-solving, or productivity growth
• Validity of cost: Compare it’s cost with the conventional projects to ensure reasonableness
• Validity of schedule: Check whether adding buffers to schedule and documents are describing about contingency plan and decision-maker Coordinating: written and verbal communication in English and Japanese Write Ringi documents, confirm Ringi documents, follow up Ringi process to be approved by due dateRingi experience is an advantage, but not required.
