Job Description:-

• At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Testing; this should include planning, execution and reporting

• Excellent communication and client interfacing skills – should possess the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders

• At least 4 years of experience in test strategy, test design and reporting

• Experience in test execution analysis & reporting.

• At least 3 years of experience in automation tool like Selenium, UFT

• Experience with Insurance domain would be an added advantage. 

• Should be able to analyse test reports/results and provide high level recommendations

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment 

• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills- experience in client interfacing roles is a must

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Experience in managing work within a complex regulatory environment is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
