Job Description:-

• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

• Experience on Mainframe DB2 & IMS database environment

• Seasoned Mainframe DB2 z/OS DBA having knowledge supporting them

• Good knowledge of DB2 Database in V9 & V10

• Solid Knowledge in DB2/IMS Performance & Tuning

• Good experience in managing large database environment

• Having good knowledge in database upgrades and data migrations

• Maintain all IMS HALDB, Full Function databases and DB2 structures

• Perform functions such as PSBGEN, DBDGEN and ACBGEN

• Manage changes to all other database related objects (PSB's, DBD's, ACB's) based on application requirements

• Review & Maintain Database Backup/Recovery strategy

• Database refresh Activities between Prod, QA & Dev

• Proficient with IBM IMS & DB2 utilities and BMC tools

• Project and talent management

• Experience with project management

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
