Preferred

• At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes for Web, Mobile, Tablet and other digital channels.

• At least 4 years of experience in working with clients at a strategic and tactical level

• At least 7 years of experience with: 

  • Setting up UX roadmaps and Planning

  • User Research (Personas, Contextual Inquiry, etc.)

  • Information Architecture (Site Structure, Navigation Design)

  • Interaction Design (Interaction Models, wireframe development, clickable prototypes using Axure and other such tools)

  • Usability Testing (Test Planning, Test Script development, Conducting Remote and lab-based usability tests)

• Great communication skills and abilities in working with cross functional teams of UX Architects, Visual Designers and Front-end Developers.

• Degree in a related field, such as Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or Human Factors

• Experience designing highly transactional websites or web-based applications

• Hands-on design skills in wireframes, persona development 

• Experience with both traditional solution delivery methodologies, and with rapid, iterative solution delivery methods, such as Agile 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, decentralized environment

• Ability to successfully juggle multiple projects in a compressed timeline, with competing priorities

• Good command over wireframing tools like Axure, Visio and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of Visual Design is a Plus.

Qualifications:Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with User Experience Design - Usability, User Research, Interaction and Visual Design.
