Preferred

• At least 2 years of in-depth experience testing process, STLC life cycle knowledge, TCOE framework

• Experience working in a Global delivery environment, handling onsite-offshore model

• Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and ability to analyze the SQL data is desired.

• Hands on experience in UNIX operating system

• Good to have - Agile / Iterative methodology

• Ability to work under pressure and handle diverse/ multiple stakeholders.

• Negotiation, Analytical and Communication skills

• Proactive, innovative and creative thinker

• Planning and Co-ordination skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
