• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition,
Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP APO SNP module Skills and at least one end to
end SAP APO Implementation Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/
Validation and deployment
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition,
Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Project and talent management
• Experience with project management
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires
regular travel

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Will also
consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of experience within IT Industry
