Minimum of at least 2+ years of end to end testing
· Experience in Agile Testing methodologies
· Hands on experience in various testing methodologies, Defect Management Process, Test
Strategizing and Test Planning
· Strong automation framework development experience, with hands on experience in any of
the automation tools like UFT or Selenium
· Relevant domain experience in Consumer Lending, Auto Loans, Student Loans and
Personal Loans
· Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
· Skills: Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Communication skills, ability to work in a
multiple / diverse stakeholders environment, People coordination

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also
consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology
