1. Able to work closely with the clients, elicit requirements, seek clarification

1. Coordinate with offshore to ensure the requirements are understood and the development is completed with good quality and on time

1. Extend technical assistance to offshore as required

1. Ability to pick up new technologies quickly

1. Production support and Application maintenance and development.
