Job Description:-

A Solution Architect, with hands-on technical skills as Java/J2EE Technical Architect, for providing & evaluating architectural strategy, providing technical leadership, and subject matter expertise. This includes (but not limited to) researching, evaluating, comparing Technology Solutions options for customer's problems.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture assessment, strategy definition -

• Current state assessment

• Gap Analysis

• Future state recommendations

• Roadmap

• Architecture document artifacts - Create & manage software architecture in SAD. Document non-functional requirements for quality attributes.

• Technology leadership & mentoring -

• Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews

• Provide technical leadership at all levels during execution - through mentoring, forums & consultation.

• Technology Options generation - pros, cons & recommendations.

• PoC execution & ownership - for new technology options / solutions.

• Define standard & best practices.

• Assisting with ROM estimates - with PM, tech lead & others.
