Job Description

Application Support experience with working knowledge on Unix, database, and basic
knowledge on any programming Language like JAVA/C++/scripting language etc.
· Good communication with analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to handle/manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application
owner and senior stake holders across all areas
· Identify recurring failures, Debug or Deep Dive in to the cause of the Issue, Identify
Impact, Manage Escalation or Incident
o If there is a Bug in existing code (Providing Line of Code that cause the failure), escalate

Qualifications

to L3 for a Fix
o Or Identify if it is a Migration Issue and Coordinate the Fix
· Drive Issues to resolution with L3 and reduce/eliminate the # of Failures
· Follow the L3 escalation proces
