Preferred
· At least 2 years of experience in Oracle EBS development and support environments.
· At least 2 years of experience in PLSQL, Forms / Reports customizations, Performance
Tuning, OAF technologies.
· Good understanding of Oracle R12.2.x features and application development standards
· Complex data mapping and conversion/ integrations with different technologies such as
SOA, ODI etc.
· Experience in Gap analysis, package evaluation, implementation and testing, user training
· Experience in working in large and complex programs
· Experience working with multiple teams across geographical locations.
· Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking
and coordination skills.
· Minimum 2 end to end implementation experience
· Should be effective at problem solving and decision-making.
· Ability to provide consulting in client engagements so as to influence business and IT
· Ability to earn trust and build credibility with clients across functional areas • Experience and
understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
· Knowledge and exposure to Industrial Manufacturing industry preferred
· Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.

Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also
consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.
• At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology
