• At least 3 years of experience in Java, J2EE, WebServices REST/SOAP, Struts,

Hibernate, Spring framework along with UI technologies like Angular Js, Bootstrap and

Jquery. Good working knowledge in Oracle.

• At least 4 years of experience in end to end software development life cycle.

• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on Agile development and

exposure to ALM tools

• At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.

• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle.

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Very good Analytical and communication skills. Excellent client interaction and taking

bottom-line

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Technical Skills:

• Experience in working with XML, HTML5, and JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience in open source technologies like spring, hibernate etc.,

• Good to have experience on No SQL databases like MongoDB, Casandra

• Knowledge on at least one Relational Databases and ORM technologies

• Experience in designing and developing web/Data Warehouse applications.

• Good working knowledge of OO concepts, Design Patterns, UML.

• Experience in working in Agile Development Methodologies

• Experience with continuous integration and build tools such as Ant, Maven, Jenkins, etc.

• Experience with application performance tuning, debugging and troubleshooting

Other Skills:

• Experience in working with Geo-diversified teams

• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and

Documentation Skills

• Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audience

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also

consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of

education.

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
