• Strong experience Scrum Master working in enterprise projects

• Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management

• Experience in all scrum ceremonies

• Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, Conflict Management & Communication Skills

• JIRA/Confluence experience

• Working as business system anlyst and groom user stories
