1. Perfect BD & Hadoop concepts
2. Good command on Unix
3. Should have a Java Background of atleast 2 to 3 years
4. Should be good in Java Map Reduce
5. Should have idea of Big Data tools Pig, Hive, HBase, Oozie
6. Should be aware of atleast one reporting tool using BD – like Tableau, Platfora etc…
7. Should have knowledge and exposure to NoSQL databases (either Cassandra or MongoDB)
8. Should have experience in optimizing Hadoop ETL jobs
9. Should have executed major projects covering above technologies
10. Excellent communication skills]
