Job Description:-

• At least 3 years of experience in IIB

• At least 4+ years of experience in WMB, IIB

• At least 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle

• At least 4+ years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects

• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review

• Requirement Elicitation and Gathering

• Support QA and production implementation of releases

• Conduct review of Design, Code, Unit test results and other deliverables.

• Execute implementation plan for production rollout

• Creating requirement specifications and use case narratives

• Communication with stakeholders regarding project schedule, progress and open issues

• Providing clarifications of the Business requirements to the development and testing teams.

• Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Development team e.g. Application and Component Design, Unit test plans etc.

• Reviewing the deliverables prepared by the Testing team e.g. Testing Strategy, System and Regression test plan, System test scripts etc.

• Experience in Insurance domain

• Experience in Onsite/offshore communication

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Good communication skills and Analytical Skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Experience in working in distributed agile model

Basic Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
