• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management and implementation

• At least 7 years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology and specifically around Testing and QA

• Person should have sound have a sound background of the Financial Services Industry. Knowledge on Commercial Lending Business would be preferred

• Person should possess at least 1 or2 prior nCino implementation experience from Testing / QA standpoint

• Person should possess complete knowledge of E2E nCino Workflow and should be able write complex E2E Test Scenarios / Test Conditions for complex Business Requirements or Use cases

• Person should be able to wear an Technical Analyst (nCino) hat and be able to represent the testing team in Joint Application Design (JAD) to identify critical gaps in Requirements / Design. Should be able recommend necessary changes to the Testable Requirements and design test scenarios accordingly

• Person should have strong inter-personal skills and should have the ability to organize work across multiple work streams and be able to report to multiple stake holders

• Person should have strong QC/ALM skills and should be well versed to use customized status reporting Features of QC / ALM to pull QA metrics on short notice

• Person should have a sound understanding of the test effort estimation process.

• Person should have a Background in implementing testing automation frameworks using Cucumber/Selenium on web applications, etc

• Person should also be a strong team player and be able to work in a multi-vendor multi-cultural set up

• Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principals.

• Basic domain knowledge in Banking or Financial service Industry

• Analytical skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
