• At least 6 years technology development and implementation experience

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (especially Agile XP), including paired programming and test drove development

• At least 6 years of experience in Java, JEE skills

• At least 4 years of experience in Object oriented JavaScript with one of AnjularJS or ReactJS

• Familiarity with the tools like IntelliJ-IDE, Github, Spring Framework, MongoDB, Jenkins, docker toolbox, nodeJS

• At least 4 years experience in Extreme programming (for example, pair programming and test-driven development)

• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle

• Ability to work in the team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

• Experience in technical skills and aptitude needed to meet/exceed delivery velocity expectations as a full stack developer

• Experience in Insurance domain

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience with Java UI technologies.
