· Two resources at Level 2

· Work as support layer between Citrix Eng. team (L3) and help desk (L1)

· Support and troubleshoot the Citrix 7.12 environment

· Must have knowledge or XenDesktop, NetScaler,

· Dell - Wyse Thin client a major plus

· Windows 10, Server 2016

· Support for Citrix and physical desktops/laptops running Windows 10.
