• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

• Good experience on HP OpenView administration - OVO administration activities include installation and configuring of OVO agents on client machines, troubleshooting of OVO related issues, configuration, agent troubleshooting, template customization and troubleshooting and administration.

• HP BSM (OMi) Administration and support.

• Event flow management, working with event handling mechanism (TBEA, correlation, suppression etc), creating workspaces/dashboard in BSM/OMi.

• Analytical and Communication skills

• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
•At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
