Audi Owings Mills is looking for skilled Automotive Technicians ready to advance their careers with a premier luxury automotive dealership. Whether you're an experienced Master Technician or transitioning from another automotive brand, we offer the tools, training, and earning opportunities to help you succeed.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• Master Technicians: $50–$60/hour

• Entry-Level / Non-Audi Technicians: $30–$40/hour

• $120,000+ Annual Earning Potential

• Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Up to $20,000 Relocation Assistance

• Flat-Rate Pay + Performance Bonus Opportunities

• Compensation based on experience and qualifications

• Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately

• Perform routine maintenance and factory-recommended services

• Collaborate with service advisors and the parts department

• Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service

• Participate in ongoing Audi technical training and EV certification programs

• ASE certifications and/or automotive technical school training preferred

• Audi or European automotive experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
