Annual Income Range:
$34,000 - $36,000
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Weekend availability required

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and phone inquiries in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure exposure to the full product line.
- Pull purchases from stock, determine availability, and submit emergency orders as requested by customers.
- Process orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up and manage "will call" and "back order" files weekly.
- Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs and coordinate with Shop Foreman regarding parts orders and receipt notifications.
- Process sales transactions, verify documentation, issue credits for returns, and ensure proper customer information is recorded for tax-exempt and charge account sales.
- Maintain counter areas in clean, organized condition; replenish assigned inventory daily and keep current on new products and updates.
- Operate company and customer vehicles for delivery purposes; must be legally and technically able to drive and insurable by company insurance carrier.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures; immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor and provide professional, efficient service to all customers and dealership departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
- One year of sales experience.
- Ability to read, comprehend instructions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with ability to pass background check, motor vehicle record review, drug screening, and credit report verification.
- Authorization to work in the USA and willingness to comply with all company safety policies.
