Job Description
Summary:
The Deal Clerk ensures accurate processing of vehicle sales deals, supporting the accounting office and sales team. This role is key in keeping transactions smooth, organized, and compliant.
Duties &Responsibilities:
- Post vehicle sales deals and reconcile with sales team records
- Track, review, and finalize deal paperwork — follow up on any missing documents
- Process payoffs for trade-ins and lease returns
- Compute commission vouchers and handle related reporting
- Communicate deal status to managers and team members
- Issue customer refunds and post funding notices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior automotive office, accounting, or billing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with confidential information and meet deadlines
- Professional and positive communication skills

- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, drug testing, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
