Compensation (Hourly):

  • $20.00 - $25.00 / hour
    • Depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • Sundays Always Off

Job Description

Summary:
The Deal Clerk ensures accurate processing of vehicle sales deals, supporting the accounting office and sales team. This role is key in keeping transactions smooth, organized, and compliant.

Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Post vehicle sales deals and reconcile with sales team records
  • Track, review, and finalize deal paperwork — follow up on any missing documents
  • Process payoffs for trade-ins and lease returns
  • Compute commission vouchers and handle related reporting
  • Communicate deal status to managers and team members
  • Issue customer refunds and post funding notices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • Prior automotive office, accounting, or billing experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with confidential information and meet deadlines
  • Professional and positive communication skills
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, drug testing, and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
