Compensation:

Pay is $20.00 per hour

The Receptionist Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $20.00.

Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • 5 days a week / 2 days off
  • Weekend availability required

Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience by offering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the front desk operations.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the dealership's main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient.
  • Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Will have at least 1-year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
  • Will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
  • Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.

Required:

  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.
