Job Description

The Service Greeter/Porter is responsible for moving service customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility and increase customer convenience and maintaining an orderly service parking area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Check in both new and used cars when they arrive.  Stock in with stock cards and key trak key. Books and 2nd key go in inventory jacket stored in locked closet.

Note: New Cars have to be a priority when they arrive

· Pre-prepare for new cars by printing off invoices and preparing folders and stock cards. Collect bill of ladings by email or paperwork on hand.

· Post detail, ensure that perma plate stickers are on bottom right of windshield before parking vehicles on front line.

· Ensure stock cards are present on windshield as well as MY stickers and buyers guide for used cars

· Keep lot straight, like-colors and models in succession for display.

· Daily walk lot to ensure vehicles are not “stuck in back”.

· Shuttle cars when necessary.
