The Roadside Assistance Technician performs roadside servicing to customers in need.

• Provide roadside assistance in a safe, professional and timely manner, free of accident, injury or damage
• Perform emergency roadside repairs such as changing a tire, providing a jump start, providing gas, and provide lockout assistance.
• Arrange a tow for the customer when repair cannot be completed on roadside
• Keep accurate records of time and material used during services for billing
• Maintains roadside vehicle and equipment
• Ensure quality customer service through professionalism, timely response, courtesy, and accuracy of repair
• Attend driver and employee meetings as requested for job and safety training and information
• Complete all manufacture training and professional certification requirements to maintain and upgrade industry and product knowledge
• Assist in training new employees when requested by management

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs,
• Must be able to work in an outdoor environment in the elements.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Exceptional Verbal Communication
• Demonstrate positive customer service attitude
• Possess mechanical aptitude as outlined by manufacture requirements

·       High CSI is a must.

·       High school diploma or the equivalent.

·       Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

·       Manual dexterity.

·       Good Judgment.

·       All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

·       All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

·       All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
