Job Description
Looking for an experienced Bookkeeper. Must have experience with Quickbooks, Tally or other popular accounting software with good problem solving skills and good communication skills.
Responsibilities for “Bookkeeper”
- Ensuring book keeping work is performed to standards required and completed within specified timescales
- Reviewing invoices, bills and other financial documents and uploading to the accounting system
- The update of the accounting records from the information and documentation made available.
- The reconciliation of all major control accounts, the preparation of notes and draft management reporting for review by the supervisor.
- Fact-checking accounting data
- Ensuring that all hours worked on assignments are correctly recorded.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to clarify and validate any problematic information
- Dealing with technical aspects and obtaining advice from other team members and other internal resources as appropriate.
- Administration staff scanning and related administrative duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant
- Experience working with Quickbooks, Tally or other popular accounting software
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy or related field from an accredited institution.
- Essential data entry experience for starters
- Skilled in using MS Office and popular accounting software.
- Eye for detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Integrity and confidentiality; a position that requires one to maintain an entire organization’s financial records requires one’s moral character to be of the highest fiber.
- In-depth knowledge of necessary bookkeeping procedures, best practices, and terminology.
