Required: 

• Domain Knowledge of Financial Accounting, manufacturing/distribution. Knowledge/expertise in leading similar operations (preferably business operations) in a production/transactional environment (financial, accounting, manufacturing, etc).

• This position requires at least 10 years of experience in ERP working on multi-phase projects. 

• This position requires strong communication, planning, organization, analysis, facilitation, conflict resolution, decision making, problem solving, and basic project management skills.  

• At least one end to end ERP implementation experience

• Experience with baseline ERP configuration and Data migration.

Desired:

• Sound knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Inventory Management business process

• Documenting functional requirements and change requests

• Experience with other small business packages like Sage, Great Plains, MS Dynamics, SAP Business one, Business by Design or Ramco onDemand ERP is a plus 

• Be able to maintain self-motivation, as team members work remote or home office with minimal supervision.

• Excellent writing, speaking, critical thinking and creative skills.

• B.Tech/B.E/ MBA(Finance) with technical knowledge
