Job Description

  • Responsible for sales lead generation for products and professional consulting services offered by the group companies.
  • Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
  • 5-8 years of relevant field sales experience. 
  • Able to develop strong internal relationships. 
  • Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Solutions4Business group for their project and resource needs.
  • Ability to nurture the sales lead via constant engagement, establishing the value proposition thereby mitigating customer concerns on Project Risks. 
  • Ability to submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Solutions4Business and its affiliates’ service offerings, performing all activities including discovery, facilitation, full sales cycle support, proposals, closing and client onboarding support
  • Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
  • Work is non-routine environment involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 
  • Be able to maintain self-motivation, as team members work remote or home office with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driving License with a personal vehicle two wheeler/four wheeler.
  • Ability to travel (Upto 25%) and work in global teams across United States & Asia

Qualifications

  • Excellent writing, speaking, critical thinking, and creative skills
  • Familiarity with all aspects of social media, online sales tools and lead generation techniques
  • Basic understanding of web lead generation via inbound marketing campaigns
  • Familiar with Marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and capable of multi-tasking
  • Outgoing personality
