Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to drive analytical initiatives within a digital value stream. The role covers the full analytics lifecycle from hypothesis development to insights and recommendations supporting product strategy, commercial growth, and customer-centric decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to inform product strategy and prioritization.

  • Analyze customer behavior, commercial performance, and product data to improve digital experiences.

  • Define and track KPIs, including event tracking and performance measurement.

  • Build business cases using commercial, digital, and user behavior insights.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • Use SQL and analytics tools such as BigQuery, Looker, and Power BI (or similar).

Qualifications

  • Experience in product, business, customer, or commercial analytics (or consulting).
  • Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. GCP, Databricks).

  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or tech-driven organizations.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments.

  • Fluent in English.
