Job Description
Our agile development team is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to support the delivery of customized business solutions. This opportunity is ideal for junior to intermediate professionals with 1–5 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly those looking to deepen their expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform suite. The role involves close collaboration with experienced developers, consultants, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales and Field Service).
Develop components within the Power Platform, including:
Power Automate for process automation.
Power Apps for custom business applications.
Power Pages / Portals for external user interfaces.
Collaborate with senior team members on the design and implementation of solutions.
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and contribute to technical designs.
Assist in testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Document technical configurations and processes clearly and consistently.
Follow best practices in development, testing, and deployment.
Stay current with updates and new capabilities within the Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
Qualifications
Technical Competencies:
1–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), particularly in Sales and Field Service modules.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform components, including:
Power Automate for business process automation
Power Apps for building custom business applications
Power Pages / Power Portals for external-facing solutions
Understanding of solution lifecycle, from development through deployment.
Ability to create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
Familiarity with agile development practices and working in cross-functional teams.
Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good collaboration skills; able to work effectively in a team environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Open to receiving feedback and mentorship.
Preferred Certifications:
PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals (not required but advantageous)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months of probationary employment
