The aim of SSTM Deputy is to support the SSTM in order to guarantee all EHE deliverables on time, for

the following main task:

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate all EHE activities with different teams.

  • Manage budgets and track cost updates.

  • Track timelines and make sure tasks are done on schedule.

  • Check if technical features meet design and quality standards.

  • Make sure documents and updates are complete and up to date.

  • Solve problems quickly and follow up on technical issues.

  • Monitor testing, validation, and production readiness (industrialization).

  • Track progress using KPIs (key performance indicators).

  • Report status and raise important issues to higher management when needed.

Deliverables:

  • Deliver results using company tools and plans.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on progress.

  • Work should be high-quality, on time, and done with a team-first attitude.

Progress Check:

  • Weekly review meetings to check how close you are to finishing your tasks.

Kravspecifikation

  • Background in automotive electronics and how vehicle systems are built.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Able to use engineering platforms like PLM (Teamcenter, Enovia, CODEP) and tools like JIRA, Polarion, MS Project.

  • Strong skills in problem-solving and project management.

  • Good at teamwork, helping others, and communicating clearly.

  • Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Start: Immediate

Location: Remote (same time zone)

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
